EXERCISES TO IMPROVE YOUR POINTE
Toe Dancing
1. In a parallel position, sitting on a chair, place your feet flat on the ground. Make sure you are lifting through your arches.
2. Lift your big toes off the floor but keep your other toes firmly on the ground.
3. Then reverse the process; keep your big toes down and lift up your other toes.
4. Do this 30 times.
Big Toe Exercise
1. Kneel on one knee and keep one foot on the ground with your foot flat. Grasp your big toe.
2. Hold onto your toe while trying to push it down to the floor.
3. Do this for 30 seconds.
4. Take a break and repeat 20 times.
